Despite intense limitations by our building on work hours and many holiday restrictions they were unaware of at the beginning of the job, they delivered the project on time and beautifully done. They preserved and restored century old original ceilings, moldings and hand carved door frames with the closet attention to detail. What couldn’t be saved was replicated so expertly one can’t tell the difference. My wife and I have recently purchased a home on Long Island and plan to use Coolmore for our upcoming renovations."

Coolmore surpassed our expectations. Their bid was very reasonable-- they came in lower than the other three contractors, they kept the project moving despite design delays and slow decision-making on our part, and were extremely considerate of our co-op and neighbors- no small feat in New York City. While renovating our entire East Village apartment-- including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, floors, ceilings, living areas-- they were able to preserve moulding original to the house, save and refurbish our original wood floors, work around tricky gas lines, and correct some terrible plumbing issues implemented by previous owners. I wish I could buy another apartment, just to have the Coolmore gang come work their miracles again.
