Project Description

Coolmore Construction completed this full gut remodel, both interior and exterior, of a beautiful 5,000 sq ft center hall colonial in 2018.

Notable features included Hydronic under-floor heating in all the bathrooms, state of the art Lutron lighting package, custom millwork throughout the house and plaster crown moldings.

This project was completed in a 10 month time frame and was also completed within budget.
