Project Description

This was a gut renovation of a pre-war duplex apartment. The main features of this project were the restoration of the beautiful Living Room plaster ceiling, installation of new windows, fabrication of a custom travertine fireplace, new wood floors, extensive custom millwork and beautiful tile work in the 2 Bathrooms. The result is a spectacular double height space, that has a light and airy feel to it.
