Project Description

This was a combination of a 1 Bedroom and a 2 Bedroom apartment into a spectacular penthouse space. The clients wanted a home gym, open plan kitchen, home study and 3 bedrooms to be incorporated into the space.

Walnut trim and Venetian plaster was used at the new foyer and Kitchen area to give a sense of luxury. The kitchen island is fabricated in Luce da Luna quartzite with mitered edges and continuous grained side panels. The Architect for this project was Mr. David Katz.
